Ok so I had a suspension for 2 weeks because I was calling people (still don't believe that one was accurate either but fine) Finally get to start playing again, of course I land in a team where everyone flames again, decide to not join in the flaming but one of the players is so upset that he randomly reports everyone in the team, now my account is banned permanently can you fix this rito?
GaleWinUnleashed5 votesA random report by an upset player is not enough to get you banned. SOMETHING you did in some way validated the report. If you'd like to post your chat logs we can examine them for you and let you know how to avoid the same mistakes next time.
GankRiven1 votesriots "justice system" is broken to say the LEAST. it doesnt matter if you said nothing. if the system says that you have been toxic then according to riots system it must be true. the system bases off what has happened previously. meaning even if you just got off of the suspension, if the system marks you as flagged for a violation you will still get punished. your best bet is to send a support ticket and hope riot can undo the damage but by that point it might already be too late.

Anomander4 votesIt is a punishable offense. In order to get a perma you have to go through a 10 game chat restriction a 25 game chat restriction a 2 week ban and then you finally get a perma ban.
He wasn't perma banned for this one incident he was banned for a ongoing toxic behavior that they refused to address.

Oh, I agree I don't even care about the last logs, but isn't Riot putting 3 Logs now for players being punished? You Know, I'd follow up a foul up on Riot's part but OP needs to see and post the 3 logs, or if Anyone CAN'T Find them just ask on board and give permission for Riot to print the logs.. No excuse now is there? Either put the new ones up or don't your choice.
