I was band and I don't understand why, can some one help me maybe understand why I've been banned?

This was pretty weird, I woke up this morning and received an email stating I was banned! It said I was banned for third party malicious software that helped me with the game? I really don't understand why I've been banned, the only third party stuff I have is for my HUD, Map, and LVOC. Can anyone help me understand why I've been banned? Is switching the voices and maps a big deal ? :C I wasn't told about this or anything..Should I have read the rules more?

Any time you modify the game, you run the risk of facing consequences. Some modifications are known to give players an advantage, and are outright forbidden. Some modifications are not known to do so, but as they modify the game, they are considered "use at your own risk." Additionally, some of the programs that make cosmetic changes to skins, etc., may contain other software that is blatantly against the rules. Using those programs, even if you only use the skin changes, is still forbidden.

As far as the specific programs you used, this list might give you some information about specific programs that Riot has mentioned in the past.

That's weird, I never used anything to do with skins, except for changing back to the winter map cause I really like it C: but other than that the HUD is the only mod thingy I did visually, and never seen anyone get banned for that! Or at least I don't think so. Is there anyway I can reverse this ban!? I really don't know what to do, I like the game a ton, I just wanted Japanese voices and a nice hud and cute map. Did I screw up bad??

I'm not super familiar with how HUD modifications work, and I don't know what programs you used to know if there are any known issues with it.

The only ones who can address a ban are Player Support Specialists. You can submit a ticket here and ask one of them to review your account. Explain to them exactly what programs and modifications you used, and they will be able to tell you if the ban can be overturned or not.

Alright, well thank you bunches! I already submitted a support ticket but it's been almost 5 hours :(

I really don't wanna be perma banned... I was even looking into working for riot since I'm a graphic designer, I've had a ton of people call me whatever the heck a scripter is! So I'm very confused, i wish they would be a bit more quick..

It depends on what programs you were using. A mod application that has any illegal features will be off limits and get you banned even if you don't use that particular feature (like using MKjogo for the skins, but it has enemy CD tracking or something).

3 of my friends got banned for HUD skins actually they are strict it's junk sadly
