Ive been dishonorable for around 4 months now. I had a one week ban which I waited and now have been on my best behavior yet im still level 0. Can you fix my honor level I think something is broken? I get honored most of the games I play.
How many games have you played? Four months probably doesn't mean anything if you've only played something like 10 games.
Generally speaking, if you're still honor level 0, you probably aren't being as sportsmanlike as you think you are. There's a grey area between "being banned" and "being neutral/positive" that you are likely in. It might be possible to ask support for logs of recent games you've played, to review for mediocre behaviors that aren't punished.
The problem is how toxic of a person you are. You don't deserve it at all.
