Thanks Riot For Report Feedbak

I just got out of the most toxic game i've ever played in my life. I joined a ranked game hoping to do well in my placements and instead got matched with three of the most toxic people i've yet to encounter. From the champ select screen i got so much hate from these three individuals just off the basis of my summoner name. I was told that i didn't have any rights, that i'm not human, i got called a billion names and i was told that because of my sexual orientation, that i was no good at the game, just like "girls aren't good at the game". Most of this doesn't affect me because i'm confident in my sexual orientation, however the harassment continued even in game. The fourth player had tried to get everyone to just calm down and play LOL and win the match but it did not work. After about 20 minutes of a few insults and remarks here and there i decided to /all chat the other team and asked them to report these three individuals for hate speech. To which some of these individuals proceeded to attack me in /all chat, which was fine by me because the opposing team had the opportunity to see what i had put up with. We lost the game, ( i tend to believe that negative people in conduct, will go negative in game because that's all they know) so no surprise there and i wrote my reports on the three individuals who were toxic. A few moments later i got the report feedback saying that a negative player was punished. So i'm writing this to say thank you to Riot, because although the report system is far from perfect, and this won't change a thing about a person or about some of the toxicity of some member of our LOL community, it was a good start and it made me happy to know that at least Riot acknowledged their horrible actions. Oh and also, don't tell someone they aren't good at LOL and then expect them to carry you because they are the only one positive on your team.
