Well recently i got my account hacked about 2 weeks now and i got my account back now.When i sign in it says im permanently banned for being extremely flammatory and offensive i didn't even have my account during this time is there a way to lift the ban? I really dont want to lose my account idk what to do any info would help me out alot thanks.
Send in a support ticket about it detailing the events of this time period where your account was hacked and you did not have access to it.
If you had submitted a ticket to riot and they helped you recover it, mention that as well since having that info in their system will reinforce that you got riot's help in taking it back and that you were not the one performing the acts which earned the account the ban.
there is no way to lift it you will get a copy and paste response with no looking into the issue at all gg riot fuck more honest ppl outa their accounts throwing years down the drain becasue of ppl constantly trying to hack accounts..
