Perma banned for third party software????

I just got an email a couple of days ago about my account being banned for using third party software but I have no idea what its talking about?? I haven't even played the game in a couple months. I played a couple of games of that random URF game mode when it was out a couple weeks ago but thats been it. I created a ticket immediately but they just responed today asking for a different email so they can create a new ticket or something. Did they ban me on accident or something??

That’s not for third party programs - it’s a protective hold because they noticed someone trying to either break into or got into your account.

They need an email not attached to the account to initiate recovery - it’d be bad if they just used the email attached to the account then the hacker hacked into the support ticket knowing that email.
