afk penalties

So why have I not left not one game early and and gone afk and still i have somehow earned 5 20 min pregame waits just to start my game. My comp crashed and there are VARIOUS reasons for someone leaving a game early unintentionally and yet you fools still penalize my a account. I may have my bad games but getting 5 20 min waits just to start a games is completely unfair, and it makes me want to never play this game again and i also know of a few friends who have stopped playing this game altogether for the same reasons including my own brother. Their are many reasons including glitches in the game that make the game crash and yet i still somehow earn these penalties??? This is something that needs fixed asap because its gonna cause many people to give the game up for good as im about to. I may have my bad games where i talk a little crap but for my comp to crash ONE time and i get 5 20 min game waits is unbelievable and very unfair. Riot needs to seriously consider fixing because im about to give up on this game entirely. It is unfair and unjust.

VARIOUS reasons for someone leaving a game early unintentionally give me some Tell me the magical reasons that are so far out of your control that riot needs to accommodate you on. I'm not trying to be a dick, you point is this rarely happens. Riot doesn't punish for 1 or 2 or even 3 games, they punish for a history of doing it.

If your games crashes frequently then you should look into fixing those before playing anymore game instead of blaming Riot. You usually get a warning when it comes to afk and repeatedly faking in a game will then hit you with low priority queue, it may not be your fault but if it happens frequently and you know it look into fixing these issues first.
