the fuckin player did not call the position and auto locked, i stand there for 3 min and i am actually in game, it gives me 5 20 minutes fuckin waiting line, how dear u guys

That's how Leaver Buster works. Afk'ing doesn't only mean that you are literally away from your keyboard, it means you aren't participating. If someone is causing problems report them at the end of the match, don't afk or cause problems yourself.
It's like Nami says, any time you are in a game, but not actually doing anything, the system will consider you to be AFK. It can be standing in the base, or even standing at a turret, if you're just walking back and forth, spamming emotes, mastery icons. If you're not actively doing anything to help your team win the game, then you are serving the same function as a person who has left the game: namely, none.
You may want to look at the LeaverBuster FAQs page on Player Support. If you have made it up to the 20 minute Low Priority Queue, it means you have already been through the shorter time (5 minute/10 minute) stages and have left quite a few games recently. You should be aware, that there is the possibility of further disciplinary action (like a temporary or even a permanent suspension) being applied to your account if you continue to leave or AFK after serving this LPQ penalty.
let me just ask u guys, u can only play one game everyday, and someone auto locked even if you called mid. is someone going to feel good and play?
