firstly when i first got banned i stopped barely said anything and was aware however, this time i got mad cause in champ select player with me Lucian Mid banned my jhin for no reason and flammed me and i replied in anger and he was my friend so he didnt mind at all and i barely said anything in all chat to be reported , until like a minute before the game ends ive played for a year i please ask that i get unbanned please ik despite everything i shouldnt have been so aggresive over just a game but he was my friend and i promise to change

If it is a 7 or a 14 day ban you still have a chance to save the account. Just don't be angry bro! This is a fun game just take it at face value and don't let them trigger you :o

If you have a permanently banned account you cannot get it revoked. That account is gone forever because they gave you a 14 day suspension as your final warning.

You should probably send a ticket to riot support directly at this link https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Explain to them that the person you were replying angrily to was your friend and they might take away the ban. If you used offensive language though they might not be so helpful since it's probably the largest thing they are trying to combat.

No one deserves to be suspended or perma banned. League needs to reform their system to get rid of stupid punishments. Instead of punish people they should just reward people more who play to win. People who chat ban should be part of another system that allows trash talk players to be grouped together. If you accept the trash talk, then you should have a trash talk check box that allows you to see trash talkers, but you yourself will be marked as a trash talker. If you are not marked as a raw worded swashbuckler, then you will auto-mute the marked or checked trash talkers. If you want to unmute them at any time, then you do so at your own risk and reporting them for words said will do nothing. Very simple solution to this problem, because the internet will always be that unfiltered place where people talk shit, especially with games like this where rank is on the line, and you can really F things up for your teammates. You literally spend the entire game verbally abusing and harassing another player. Not only that but you use allot of racial slurs and heck, even the very first line of chat contains one. I get that you were mad that he banned your champion in champ select but his actions don't excuse your own. Not only that but was it really worth it spending the entire game full of hatred and anger and ultimately losing your account because of it?

Even without the racial slurs (which are zero-tolerance policy by the way) this is still punish worthy, so no excuses. It's unfortunate that you got permabanned but by your own admission this isn't the first time you've received a punishment so you should have already known that poor behavior (especially behavior of this kind) will not be tolerated here. Ultimately you have no one to blame but yourself here for this, and if you truly valued your account (and your ability to play with your friend) then you should have thought of that before you decided to act up.

Next time this kind of situation happens just suck it up, report if need be and move on instead of devoting your game time to go on a hate-filled tirade against someone else, as otherwise you may very well find yourself back here again. To quote Baron Barian:
