firstly when i first got banned i stopped barely said anything and was aware however, this time i got mad cause in champ select player with me Lucian Mid banned my jhin for no reason and flammed me and i replied in anger and he was my friend so he didnt mind at all and i barely said anything in all chat to be reported , until like a minute before the game ends ive played for a year i please ask that i get unbanned please ik despite everything i shouldnt have been so aggresive over just a game but he was my friend and i promise to change

If it is a 7 or a 14 day ban you still have a chance to save the account. Just don't be angry bro! This is a fun game just take it at face value and don't let them trigger you :o

If you have a permanently banned account you cannot get it revoked. That account is gone forever because they gave you a 14 day suspension as your final warning.

how do you think you weren't punished? you got permanently banned off of one game and not three. that shows how horrible your attitude was. Take this as a lesson and reform, okay? It is hard and it is challenging, take it from me i've got like 4 permanently banned accounts and a couple of suspended ones. It took a friend dying to realize i didn't want to keep making others feel as bad and as miserable as i did.

You should probably send a ticket to riot support directly at this link https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Explain to them that the person you were replying angrily to was your friend and they might take away the ban. If you used offensive language though they might not be so helpful since it's probably the largest thing they are trying to combat.

No one deserves to be suspended or perma banned. League needs to reform their system to get rid of stupid punishments. Instead of punish people they should just reward people more who play to win. People who chat ban should be part of another system that allows trash talk players to be grouped together. If you accept the trash talk, then you should have a trash talk check box that allows you to see trash talkers, but you yourself will be marked as a trash talker. If you are not marked as a raw worded swashbuckler, then you will auto-mute the marked or checked trash talkers. If you want to unmute them at any time, then you do so at your own risk and reporting them for words said will do nothing. Very simple solution to this problem, because the internet will always be that unfiltered place where people talk shit, especially with games like this where rank is on the line, and you can really F things up for your teammates. You literally spend the entire game verbally abusing and harassing another player. Not only that but you use allot of racial slurs and heck, even the very first line of chat contains one. I get that you were mad that he banned your champion in champ select but his actions don't excuse your own. Not only that but was it really worth it spending the entire game full of hatred and anger and ultimately losing your account because of it?

Even without the racial slurs (which are zero-tolerance policy by the way) this is still punish worthy, so no excuses. It's unfortunate that you got permabanned but by your own admission this isn't the first time you've received a punishment so you should have already known that poor behavior (especially behavior of this kind) will not be tolerated here. Ultimately you have no one to blame but yourself here for this, and if you truly valued your account (and your ability to play with your friend) then you should have thought of that before you decided to act up.

Next time this kind of situation happens just suck it up, report if need be and move on instead of devoting your game time to go on a hate-filled tirade against someone else, as otherwise you may very well find yourself back here again. To quote Baron Barian:

Unfortunately permamutes don't work as when Riot tried that before the IFS was introduced they found that many of the people who couldn't use chat for poor behavior switched to gameplay trolling and intentional feeding instead, two things that are much harder to detect and prove intent-wise compared to chat-related offenses. From Riot Tantram:

It really breaks down into two categories.

1.) Helping players reform 2.) Shielding others from the behavior, at a cost.

We used to issue chat restrictions that essentially scaled indefinitely.

We were able to determine that after a certain point the penalty no longer helped with reform. The 10-game and 25-game counts for chat restrictions are based on data that they were both light enough, and felt strict enough to encourage people to understand their behavior is unacceptable in game and change it.

We also saw that the players in this 'large restriction' category defaulted to gameplay altering means of harassing their team. It caused an increase in feeding and trolling.

The sample size of this population and time frame is huge. Essentially the time spanning from the introduction of chat restrictions to the introduction of IFS.

So my question for you is, would you rather have more feeders and less negative chat?

If someone isn't gonna interact with others in a mature and respectful manner despite getting multiple chances to do so then why shouldn't they be removed from the community?

Also, you have to keep in mind that it wasn't just you and him in that match, but also other people as well: the ones on your team who had to deal with the nonsense going on between you and the Lucian and the 5 enemy players who got an arguably easier game than expected because of the in-fighting on your team. Even if they didn't outright show it in the chat there's a good chance that they simply kept quiet and [rightfully] reported you for it afterwards. From The Summoner's Code:

Remember, taking a jab at your friend in the middle of the game is a lot different than making a glib remark at a complete stranger. Someone who is unfamiliar with what you consider playful may take your comment as an attack and react unfavorably. If two players on a team start fighting, good communication and teamwork become nearly impossible. Once communication breaks down, the likelihood of victory is drastically diminished. It isn't uncommon for simple, good natured teasing to spiral out of control into a loss, so do yourself a favor and don't run the risk of sabotaging your own success.

From the Instant Feedback System FAQ:

WHY WAS I PUNISHED WHEN THE OTHER PERSON WAS WORSE OR STARTED IT! Simply speaking, retaliation is not an acceptable or justifiable behavior. An argument between two players can easily create a negative experience for the rest of the players in the game with you. Regardless of the other player’s actions, this does not justify your own behavior. You alone are responsible for your actions within the game. If you encounter a toxic player like this, the best option is to simply report their behavior and move on. Reports are a vital piece to the puzzle. If you are not sure of what sort of behavior is reportable take a look at the Reporting a Player FAQ

Ultimately I don't see this ban getting removed or reduced in any way, shape or form. You can try filing a Support Ticket asking for another chance but there's a good chance that they'll just repeat what I've already said here in this thread.

P.S. Please try to keep your thoughts and replies to someone in just one post if you can. Doing this makes it easier for people to follow along with the conversation and not have to go scouting around for the right comments to respond to.

P.S.S. The reason why I told you to suck it up if someone bans your intended pick again is because while it is annoying to have happen it's honestly not worth getting all bent out of shape for. If you truly don't want someone to intentionally ban your preferred/intended pick again then simply don't hover over it until it comes time to lock it in.
