10 game chat restricted with only one mild log???

Never had this happen before, received 10 game chat restriction and it only had one game listed and it was all very mild. Every previous time it has been 3 games. Can someone explain what happened here.

To be honest I remember I got punished for what was only one chat log (although I had prior punishments before that, and punishments can come quicker if they are directly after previous one), and if I remember correctly it had babe in it. I do believe that "babe" is some kind of sexual harassment trigger words like kys, neck yourself, etc. Even though it was typo, I am almost confident it was that. Not saying this chatlog is not toxic, HOWEVER, it was my ONLY chat offense on a clean, honor level 3 account. This has never happened to me to get punished for ONE game, so this chat log is very valuable for figuring out what could possibly trigger the system and what is just auto-punishments.

Thanks you for help if you have any idea what could have triggered system.

You maybe have been shown one SAMPLE of what you got punished. It does not mean there are many other mildly toxic games that are not given to you.

I think the problem is that what you define as "mild" in levels of harassment and toxicity is not what the community and Riot define as "mild"

You quote zero tolerance policy words but you don't actually compare the punishments. Remember that zero tolerance words and phrases get you 2 week bans. You got a 10 game chat restriction which is a slap on the wrist based on the punishment tier.

You got the lowest level of punishment in the current system.

You're condescending and insulting and you're harassing your team. This is why you got punished and it's also your first punishment so this is Riot's way of trying to nip your bad behavior in the bud before you become a raging toxic flamer that has to be permabanned.

Hello Cathanne. I'm chiming in here with a warning to stop insulting and harassing those with differing opinions than you. Many people in this thread are trying to help you understand why you got punished (I can too if you'd like), but if you keep dismissing them with yelling and raging due to not being the Yesman answers you seem to be looking for then this thread will be locked. You punishment was 100% justified in this case, for the record it doesn't matter what honor your account is or how long it's been active, if you're toxic starting this season you will get tagged immediately for it by autobots. And if it persists there will be a ban. Up until this point the tribunal was done by people, this season it isn't anymore. So if you're expecting anything in the way of leniency you can forget about it.

So, my advice is to send a support ticket and ask about the prior games. When I was banned, I was only given the log for one game. After talking with support team members they justified my ban by providing me logs in other games over the week in which I was reported. If you really want the info on this, then submit a ticket and ask, but be prepared to be dumbfounded. One of my logs was legitimately one line in the entire game, that they used against me. Honestly, made me feel so disappointed in riot's player support.
