Here is my chat log from being permanently banned. Im playing this game since season 2 (!!!), spending thousands of hours on this game and hundreds of €. And I am shocked about the reason for being banned now. Tribune bot is helpful, but bad at determining really harmful people. Iit detects ALL CAPS and thinks you are a toxic racist. There needs to be a human deciding about these bans. In the following 3 games I merely defended myself verbally against players massively harassing me, throwing at me all the worst kinds of insults they've learned in their short lives. I motivate you to read on at game 3, which is totally harmless and easily the most ridiculous reason to get PERMANENTLY banned. I demand a personal review with good explanation for this ludicrous mess with a restoration of my profile.

You seem to be toxic consistently which never helps the team in any way shape or form. Learn the lesson would be my advice.

You didn't get banned for just these three games. You got banned for all the other times you were toxic as well, and for not changing your behavior after getting multiple warnings in the form of chat restrictions and a 14-day suspension.
