permabanned with no explanation and RP refunded

anyone know what kind of ban this could be? I login to "account has been permanently suspended. check email for details" and there is no email explanation. I've also been refunded RP I bought months ago on the account... what the heck is this?

Its a charge back. You'll need to resolve this with support.

When you refund your RP, your account will be perm banned until you can pay it back.
