please help

i play ap shaco top in ranked it is a weird pick so before every game i tell my team in all chat what im going to do and if they say its cool i do it if they dont want me to play something weird i dont do it i never ran into a problem until today a yasuo was calling my pick garbo and how i should have never played shaco in the first place it tilted me so badly because i asked him before hand and he said it was cool he reported me for "trolling" even tho i had highest dmg in game im afraid im going to get punished for playing something not meta because riot doesnt look at these things im not sure how the automated system works so if anyone can help me out by letting me know if i will get busted for no reason
