Hacked and banned with proof it wasn't me on my account.

Now this whole ordeal has been going on for little under 2 month now and i'm on my last hopes. So this is what happened: Somehow I got hacked and they spent about a £100 off of my paypal. I managed to get the money back pretty easily, however whilst my account was hacked they seem to have used 3rd party programs. Now when i eventually got round to changing the password and so on, i got perma banned about a week later and cant get my account unbanned because in the terms and conditions it states that it is solely my responsibility to look after my accounts security which i really couldn't of done more to protect (and no i didn't click on any free rp links). I've sent them pictures of the paypal recites what have a location of Tunisia and were in Euros. These also came 11 days before the ban happened. I have also forwarded emails of me saying my account had been hacked before the ban happened.

Basically all i'm asking for here is for any advice to prove that it wasn't me on my account using the 3rd party programs because i've ran out of ideas and need some new ways.

Have you actually submitted a support ticket to explain the situation, and that was the response you got?

yeah its been going on for about 2 month emailing every day back and forward. They basically just keep saying there's nothing they can do.

Dang. I think I have seen cases before where an account had been compromised for long enough that they wouldn't let even the rightful owner back on it.

I ended up getting my account back for about 5 days until it got banned for '3rd party programs' so it's not so much the account being hacked and me not being able to get it back. It's what they did when they had it, which caused it to get banned.

Yeah, i know I've seen cases like that where somebody stole an account and got it banned for 3rd party program use. But generally they're able to look into it and see that the questionable applications were used by the other person, and they've given the account back.

Hopefully this might catch the eye of Tantram or another Rioter and get a comment.

Yeah i really thought that it would be so simple to say that it wasn't me on my account and i would be able to get it back pretty easily but it seems like thats not the case. I can imagine this sort of thing happening to lots of people just hope they do something about it. Can't stand playing at lvl 7 with no runes and so on plus i spent about £500 on that account item 3070

Damn you just lost a lot of time and money in this game. That is a lot of money thrown away. Sucks to start all over again from the beginning.

Working as intended for Riot, ban without any hope of unbanning, unless you're a streamer or pro that will call them out on their bullshit in front of an audience. They dont care about you or their community, only how much money they can squeeze out of you before you finally give up.
