This is a link to the request I made on Riot Support, nobody was answering it. I want this player to be dealt with quickly because this guy made some pretty harsh comments and said some bad stuff :P

Did he hurt your fee fees?
Tickets do not process right away. It will be addressed in roughly 24-36 hours, but bumping a ticket will send it back to the bottom of the request line. Keep in mind people have a lot of tickets to go through.
Just report after game and move on. Only open ticket if for some reason u werent able to report after game
