How long does it take for a ticket to be looked at? very serious issue!

I have these two people that were so beyond toxic and abusive in chat and sexist they shouldn't even be allowed to play this game at all! any help getting this to someone who can look into it or someone who can help could be greatly appreciated.

To be looked at, 24-48 hrs.

For that specific issue to be actioned upon .. maybe 2 weeks? Though they probably will be punished in-game first before it reaches that point.
