I have a few questions about the game

Sooo recently i got myself into a 13 game loss streak. And i don't mind it. But that got me into thinking what went wrong and how it can be improved..Well i lost first few cause me and/or my team played bad. Ok. What happened next you're gonna ask? Well. I got a smite janna support who started intentionally feeding as he was tilted having wrong summoner spell. The guy told me I'm an idiot a few times (3-5) and mentally challenged or something in those lines. I reported him for intentionally feeding, offensive language and hate speech explaining all that happened in the game. Well he didn't get banned. After a few more losses having even more toxic teammates that didn't want to win the game it reminded me of a game few days/weeks before. That game I had a Lucian who kinda "ran it down mid". Had like 11 deaths by the 15th minute of the game. Not only that he told me to kill myself aaand wished me and my whole family to get cancer aaand all that family friendly stuff you know. Soo I reported him aaaand guess what he didn't get banned. So after having that game in my mind i thought a bit. I decided to try the ban system myself. Jumped on a smurf account (around silver gold elo) and intentionally lost 15 games in a row. How? Well you probably already know the disco nunu with the difference theres no more clarity as a summoner spell but that shouldn't bother you.Aaand guess what??? I didn't get banned. I didn't really flame my teams at least not 24/7 spamming bullshit in chat, but still I intentionally lost 15 games in a row and I didn't get any punishment for that... So my question is: Why do some people get rewarded for having good behavior, shotcalling and being tilt-proof, while others don't get ANY punishment for being extremely toxic. Why am I allowed to lose intentionally 15 games in a row and not get banned?? Why is someone allowed to call me "bitch / pussy / idiot / retard etc.." or wish cancer to my whole family and not get banned? Why is someone allowed to tell me to kill myself and not get banned??? I just feel like you want me to kill myself as well. PLEASE FIX THE BAN SYSTEM

You have to remember a couple of things. First off, the report system is pretty lenient. Punishment are usually for frequent/consistent bad behavior. As Riot does understand people have "bad" games. This doesnt mean that they get away with it as it stick to their account and when that happen, when people report it will pull up those files and see they have a consistent bad behavior. With that said just because you reported them doesnt automatically mean that they will ban. Remember that there are other tiers of punishment before actually getting ban. So for all you know those people you did report probably gotten chat restriction. You can never know exactly what they were punished for as Riot doesnt disclose that kind of information!

Im not quite sure why you believe people can do this. Of course they cannot, but there is nothing stopping them from doing this. The moment they hit that enter key and spour out what ever they want is all on them. Then for us to report them afterwards to help the system! Just because you report a bunch of people doesnt mean every single person will get ban. That would be an abuse of power if we could do that!

The ban system does need to get fixed, but not in the way you think. Yes, trolls and feeders take forever to get banned, because Riot thinks "oh one bad game", but when you say ANYTHING remotely bad, then Riots like "oh no one ever has bad games", and the bot insta bans you. It seems like you don't have a lot of experience with the game, so play more before you rant about stuff like this.

It is technically easy to search a chat for certain words. That is why this is done this way. 10 If "report=yes" then "search for kys" then "step ban=step ban+1" 20 goto 10

It tooks a long, long time to find anyone who is inting. It is impossible to find someone inting only sporadic. In relation to the usage of bad words he will never be banned because of sporadic inting as someone wich does have sporadic reports for bad wording would not be banned also.

We don´t know if others are punished with chat restrictions.
