like say someone locks in teemo jg and you're in your promos
if the other 3 people on your team agree that you guys dont want a teemo jg, you should be able to veto that champion pick
but yeah it would have to be unanimous
Clarity qurstion: What happens if you veto a champion pick after its picked?
This would break champ select because if you veto before the pick, it's not very useful (because they could still change their hover last minute and lock in before you have a chance to veto), and if you allow veto after the pick is locked in, the enemy may very well already have been planning their team comp around the locked in pick, thus you're screwing the enemy over. Furthermore, allowing veto after pick would enable a team to simply veto any champ select that they get outdone by the enemy in (ex: the enemy picks a counter to your lane) - which isn't really helpful.
I can't think of a way these can be reconciled.

More fitting would be the option to leave champ select when you have a troll without getting queue dodge. For example it’s like a surrender vote but within champ select where if at least 3 players agree, the game just dodges. But then you run into the problem of premades, so it’s not really that easy to form this idea into a working feature for the game.
Ah good, now 4-man premades can be even more toxic and undesirable.
It would be heavily abused & it'd cause more problems than it solved.
Imagine if you had a teammate that specialized in tank supports like Braum or Thresh , but you & your team would rather have a support like Nami or Sona instead. Chances are people would use this just to grief teammates & it'd just piss people off.
What if everyone picked 5 champions per role before queuing and your team can only pick champions that line up with every single person's list.
