Me and my friend is just trying to play flex and everytime we start a match we get atleast 1 player who trolls and says ''it's just fun mode''. I think riot should be more clear with flex and that you can't just troll just cause it's not normal ranked games, some people actually don't wanna play solo/ duo just yet and then try to rank up in flex instead but for me and my friend it's nearly impossible.
zPOOPz2 votesRito made it very clear it is not okay to troll in ANY mode (even coop vs AI) except custom. Rito ban all trolls they can detect even in coop vs. AI. You should report the troll and write a detailed comment regardless of which game mode (except custom) you encounter the troll.

NLGG3R BEATER1 votesI agree with you but from a different perspective I got a friend who's gold 2 in flex and aiming to hit platinum there (his soloQ rank is couple divisions lower) and I respect that, I also respect that there's a lot of people do the same for whatever reason (for me it was way easier to climb in soloQ). When you refrain from 'trolling' in flex you do what Riot and the vast majority of the community expect you to do, and you don't really sacrifice anything. However when you do troll you just ruin their games and waste their time.
I mean I'm way less eager to tryhard in flex so if I got a 0-4 top and a 0-5 mid by 15 min I'd just join the intfest or afk, but I would never do it otherwise.

Anyways FlexQ is basically Normal Draft with worse matchmaking. I've seen so many games completely unfair matched simply because the Flex Rank/MMR rarely reflects the true skill level of players.

I guess we just disagree. It says ranked, you recieve L.P., you are given a rank and you promote/demote the same as Solo Q. I don't see how status quo would change the fact that it's really ranked or not. I guess we just disagree. I don't know how many people try in it or don't try, I don't have access to the kind of data you have apparently. I've seen everything you describe in solo/duo Q too.
Shadòw1 votesWell yes, it is Ranked because in terms of end season rewards it counts the same as normal Ranked.
However, nobody looks at the FlexQ Rank to determine a persons skill, and nobody takes the Queue as seriously as Solo/Duo.
That's why many people don't consider Flex a real RankedQ as long as Solo/Duo exists.
We had this with DynQ last year, and this was basically the worst experiment Riot has ever forced upon us.
