What happens if you are serving a 14 day suspension during the release of the new honor system?

I recently got 14 day banned on another account. I don't know if i'll still be banned when the new honor system comes out but if I am will it have any effect on what level I start at, etc.? And also i've been seeing around that with the release of the new honor system, everyone will get a "fresh start". Does that mean my punishment level will reset back to level 1? (Ex. 10 chat restrictions)

Good questions that would probably best be answered by a Rioter. However, my best guess would be that your honor level is reset, but your account would still have to complete the reform period before going back into good standing. Hopefully a Rioter can answer this though.
