Players should not be allowed to play pvp until they have played bots until level 15.

its just a cluster of new players and smurfs combined that cause the most toxic environment i have ever seen
its much worse then bronze 5 much much worse.
really bad gaming experience especially if solo queuing.

Actually I would recommend 18 so they have a keystone.....not because they need more time to practice but as a jungle main I can say if I see no keystone it is just a free kill to me and I will make my rounds and punish them because I know they have no keystone and chancess are good they do not have full runes to compensate for damage and or utility.
