I think that the system have a warning system something like that. So there wouldn't be only penalty's without warning and you can warn them before they get their penalty, like a last warning. It can say something like (Summoner you need to be less toxic in games or else you will be facing a ban/chat restriction soon.) the text depends on if its a ban or restriction. And if you already thought of the idea how come it hasn't been implemented? Thank you for your time.

The system generally works as warning, chat restriction, one day ban, week ban, 2 week ban, permaban.
Depending on your amounts of reports and what you say, at times the system will skip steps.

I still remember pretty clearly getting the pop ups saying 'everyone has bad days, please dont take it out on others, etc.' during times when I started getting more reports than I normally do, as a warning to chill.

All I'm saying is that it's been quite awhile since they overhauled the system lol.

s0ull3gacy1 votesSo You guys think doing that can cause confusion and i see where you come from, if i didn't read feedback in the feedback reports i would prob think its a restriction and i can see how that would get a bit confusing. Thanks for explaining it to me you guys and i understand more now just needed a different view point in things. Better 2 minds than 1 and so on.
