BlueThingamajig2 votesThe leaverbuster system doesn't distinguish between unintentional and deliberate leaves for a few reasons: One, someone could pull the plug, simulating an unintentional leave. Two, regardless of intent, a disconnect still leaves your team behind. It's on you to ensure a good connection, otherwise you're wasting half an hour from every other player.
Also, it takes more than just one leave to trigger leaverbuster. Riot acknowledges that emergencies and accidents happen.
