You are creating nurturing environment for morons

Alright, this has been bugging me for quite some time now.

Have you noticed how this game systematically punishes those who are frustrated with other people ruining your games (be it by going AFK, feeding, trolling, etc.), instead of punishing the people who are actually doing the actual ruining?

We have an environment here, where it is ok to be bad and not trying your best, but criticizing this behaviour is a mortal sin.

You never see those damn Teemo supports who go 3/14/2 in 20 minutes get punished. It's never the guy in the mid lane, who doesnt even know what a pink ward is and then cries about being constantly ganked. It's never the top lane Darius, who is in the losing matchup, has 47 CS in 10 minutes and still goes for Youmuu's Ghostblade, because he saw it work in a Youtube video.

It's always the guy who dares to say something to those people. This guys is always accused of flaming, crying and whatever shit the idiots I described above make up. We have an envirnoment in this game, where it's ok to suck.

Look, I get it. I'm competetive and I can get a bit carried away sometimes. But in every game I play, I always try my best. I want to win. And it is frustrating, to give my 100%, only to see this go to waste thanks to people who think it would be a great idea to flash for a poke on an ADC at 1:20 (just coming of game like that).

In this game, you are good to troll pick (hello support Nunu and Teemo and every single Yasuo and Yi i've ever met), to feed, to cry for ganks, to complain in all chat about how the [insert any champion] is OP, but it's bad to criticize this behaviour. I understand, there is some flaming that is really a problem. It's usualy coming from people, who are terrible at identifying mistakes and assessing game situations, in other words, from people who don't get the game.

But why should I be punished for getting angry about a guy who insta locks Katarina, when the opposing team has Amumu and Leona? Why should I be punished for suggesting to the mid laner to get some pink wards and maybe some MR so the LeBlanc doesn't get out of control?

I feel like the biggest obstacle in this game isn't the opposing team. It is your own. I wish I had a game where I can rely upon my team mates. Where I know, that I don't have to get obscenely fed in order to have a chance of winning, because the Vladimir in top lane is buying Spirit Visage as his third item, after he was pushed all the way to his inhibitor, despite 7 (!) of my roams. Which of course cost me my T1 turret, that was appreciated by my team with "noob mid".

Do something with this. There has to be a way to get rid of idiots in this game. Because half of the reports for flaming you get are just about people trying to win depsite their team and despite trying their best.

Nobody gets punished for getting angry. People get punished for lacking self control. And if you get banned for "suggesting" things, it's because you cannot do that without being insulting and/or condescending. If you manage to give your advice in a calm and constructive manner, you will not get punished.

And that's the key. If you shout at people, they'll just get defensive and ignore you anyway. Shouting at people that make mistakes may work if you have some kind of authority; and even then it's debatable whether it's necessary or helpful. But in this game, you have no authority whatsoever, and the only way you can get people to learn from their mistakes is if you are calm and constructive. Will that always work? No. But it will work way more often than just flaming people. And if you really want to win this badly, then you'll need to learn how to properly play in a team of random people.

Because game doesnt revolve around you. Because person you are describing is actually only one breaking rules. Flashing to poke is not against rules. Instalocking katarina is not against rules. Losing lane and going 0:10 is not against rules. Building Youmuu on Darius is not against rules. Picking teemo (or any other champion) support is also not against rules. But getting angry and raging at people is.

Biggest obstacle in this game is not your team. But your mentality.

Maybe try to learn and give constructive criticism without being toxic?

You right. This game has been getting more and more catering to everyone and everything

The problem isn't saying something. The problem is what you say and how you say it. Rule 1: Don't be a dick. I recently had a game where three players were really not doing well (feeding, etc), and our ADC starts raging at them. I agreed that they were doing badly, but I still reported the ADC. Constructive criticism ("try buying more armor," "Wait for the team before initiating," etc.) works better than the attitude you seem to have.

I play ADC jungle, always get first or second best score, but hey I must be a moron by your logic.

The people you're complaining about aren't as good as you. Either you're a smurf and shouldn't belong in that league or you just have very bad luck. If you really want to solve the problem, post another discussion looking for teammates to play with.

All you say has been bugging a lot of people but unfortunately in todays society it falls on deaf ears because the people who should be listening are the same people you are talking about in one area of their life or another.

Maybe try not telling other people how to play since no one asked for your advice in the first place.
