Riots policy on player behavior

Does anyone have any clue why Riot is currently having such a tight rope over any "negativity" in-game?

This is what I got from player support; As far as I saw into your account there are still instances of toxicity:

[20:23] Goodbye 13900ip (Pantheon): we have lucian who isnt even trying

[9:32] Goodbye 13900ip (Fizz): i needed it [10:05] Goodbye 13900ip (Fizz): and you died with it. .....

20:02] Goodbye 13900ip (Sion): kassa doesnt know the basics of farm

[28:09] [All] Goodbye 13900ip (Sion): i dont really understand why we dont surr earlier

[31:02] Goodbye 13900ip (Kha'Zix): its impossible to win with zero tanks and zero teamplay

[7:32] Goodbye 13900ip (Pantheon): that was awful

Can somebody tell me why player support is pointing out that im blaming and arguing in teamchat over toneless statements. I really think they are over reaction by a large marging. Those comments are very ambigous comments which is extremely hard to tell are they negative or not, hence it is a text chat. In voice-chat that could be to make accurate prediction by the tone of the voice but hence text chat is lacking that I seriously think Riot has gone too far.

There's a proper way to say anything, is what most people believe. My issue with Riot's handling of Player Behavior is that the rules are so ambigious and open that you won't understand a proper interpretation until after you've been punished. You wouldn't ever think that a statement such as "I think they're trolling" is punishable, but it is.

I feel like that chat logs in question are missing other posted statements. It seems as though some other possibly negative comments are being left out.

This looks more like an explanation as to why you haven't been rising in honor - not a punishment. Have you been punished, and if so, with what level of punishment?

These logs certainly aren't examples of honorable behavior, and if they are very frequent could certainly result in a punishment. All of these are examples of you berating your team and blaming for a loss - not acceptable uses of in game chat.
