i saw another few players go banned for intentional feeding but its just our skill level and getting matched with higher level players. i already submitted a ticket and talked to live support but no help. i am coming to the forums here because i saw another person got unbanned, so i am hoping another riot can look at my account

Yes its very frustrating to want to speak to riot while all you have is the boards. I wish there was a way to speak and almost garentee a answer without any else saying anything. I would probably put that function on the bottom of the page and you would get to it by clicking the Support text. too bad we're stuck with this

If you would like to appeal your ban, you'll have to submit a ticket to Riot Player Support as we can't do much for you here alone. If you can provide chatlogs, I'd be happy to look into your logs and see what could've possibly triggered your ban!
Also; you cannot report other users for posting on your thread if they are not Riot Support, Player Behavior is an open board for everyone to post in as long as they're respectful and following the Universal Rules.
Bans for intentional feeding are way less common than bans for flame, this because it's hard to differentiate inting and just being bad, so if you've been banned for it that means it's an obvious case of Intentional feeding.

The chances of you getting unbanned are as high as the chances that someone’s comment that you reported is deleted.

It looks link you wanted to write a support ticket. You can do that, and delete your post if you don't want community feedback.
Just so you know, they do not reverse punishments unless done in error.
