How would i report someone who is having a friend boost for them?

Their is a person on my friends list who i used to play with. She was a fun player to play with but now she is obsessed with getting ranked up. She was bronze 5 and now is bronze 2 in a matter of 2 or so days. She even admitted to having her friend play for her. This is just ridiculous to me because their isn't a point to this because it screws her in the long run which i have told her. But now that i know most of the time its not her on i really would like to report her. Not to mention that the person who is playing for her has had his account banned permenantly.

The name on league of legends who is being boosted is jongin stan

what a great "friend" you are, trying to get her account permabanned for something that doesn't affect you

Firstly, you can't post that person's name on the boards, the discussion will get deleted. Best way is to send a ticket to player support since duoing with someone you know is boosting could bite you in the butt. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Whoever is boosting her is actually pretty bad lol they lose most of the games

It's not like you can use Skype as hard evidence. Either way, this sounds like something extremely hard to prove. Honestly I just wouldn't bother with it. It's her account after all. I don't think there's a rule on the book that says you can't let somebody else use or have your account. What kind of trace is there if someone were to say, play on the same account on the exact same computer (IP address)? Why should that be against the rules regardless if the person that owns the account gives their full consent?

Ok let me re say the statement. Someone else is playing her account, she is not duo q at all. I believe i did state this. I personally feel its difficult to even communicate with her at all anymore because she allows this other person on her account. The fact is i never know if it is her or her friend. The person could even pretend to be her since the person is on their account. Its just not sensible to allow another person on your account to boost you just because you are not that great at getting out of bronze.
