2 Weeks Banned for no reason again!

So i got banned once again on my other smurf for "toxic" when i didnt even write anything again. First time i got perm banned on my first smurf now 2 weeks ban on my second smurf are you serious..

I didnt even write a single word if you want further proof message me and ill show it to you this is not photoshopped or anything...

Your accounts were correctly banned for reasons other than chat, but were given the wrong ban reason, which caused an empty reform-card to show up. You should contact player support regarding your bans.

I was initially permabanned (From zero punishment tier btw) due to what seems to be a rogue Riot member that violated established protocol. This was later overturned after the case was reviewed again.

I asked Tantram about it and he ignored me multiple times, despite me knowing now FOR A FACT that he knew 100% what was going on but decided NOT to tell me. He specifically chose not to assist me.

All of that being said; My case was grossly mishandled and it destroyed the loyalty I had to Riot.

Technically, they still have no proof that the OP is the person he claims to be, so I'm assuming they can't really be that open about the case for privacy reasons. Plus, it's obvious that at least something went wrong there, and probably on a rather fundamental level. Even if the ban(s) were justified, empty chatlogs shouldn't really pop up in the reform card. I don't see anything suspicious about taking time to investigate an issue.

I can't say for sure if this is the case here, but it's possible to receive chat logs for a non-chat related punishment (it's rare). It happens when you trigger a ban for gameplay offenses but the reports against you included the Verbal Abuse option. For information on this you'll need to submit a Support Ticket.

I know and i love it. My only point was i wish Nami did too because i feel we would get more of what we all want: People getting called out on their bullshit saying they did nothing wrong when in fact, they're toxic assholes.

It's because your saying nothing was creating a negative experience. If enough people report you for something, then it's the red flag that what you're doing is "against the community standards"

The community standards are established by people who report people. So if a lot of people report you for negative behavior, it's because of something you said (or didn't say) and this "ruined their experience".

So when Riot says that they don't ban people when they follow the summoners code, for not talking, for being bad, etc, it's all a lie. The ones who decides who should be punished are the small minority who report you and that's all that's taken into consideration. I've had Riot employees tell me this for months now, so dont bother asking them to take back their ban. "the people have spoken" will be their answer.

He isn't spreading negativity at all, and you really don't have proof that this ban was warranted, because automated bans are so flawed. Let's just give him the benefit of the doubt for once unless Riot proves him wrong.

You're right in that you shouldn't jump to conclusions just because somebody is banned... But from the specific tone of the post, I guess DTN wasn't really being assumptious, and rather just remembered RedTao's case, which is fairly well known. Equally well-known are RedTao's salty remarks when it comes to bans, which stem from their own misunderstanding of the system.

Frankly, DTN's post was way more polite than my answer would have been... which is part of the reason why I stopped even replying when it comes to this admittedly very special case.

These are not misinformation Nami, these are direct quotes that Riot's staff have been giving me. So when I say it doesn't matter that you follow the summoners code or a Rioter who says something is ok doesn't mean squat, it's becuase Wobbly Jibbler and the other who enforce punishments are saying that it doesn't matter what Rioters and the Summoners code says. This is coming from the punishment team themselves.

Because I was banned for apoligizing for everything and telling people that I suck (It's very much true, I've been told this since day one on this game for the past 3-4 years now.) and guess what? After 4 months of my 2-week ban, I'm not declared reformed and getting loot by doing absolutely nothing.

So if the quotes don't mean what I said they mean, then why are they rewarding me for my "toxic" behavior? I've been asking them why myself for a month now and they have no answers for me. They haven't even revoked my reformed status or taken away my ability to gain loot, so it's not like they don't know the blunder they made.

I love this forum. Nearly everyday someone new posts chat logs that are barren of objectionable behavior. The RIOTers response is always the same. Oh yah "its something other than chat" even though you were banned for verbal. Or yah, "you were verbally abusive in a different game that didnt get flagged". LOL sure RIOT. I've got a bridge to sell you.

Riot will make up some BS excuse to have banned you.

Riot owns all accounts and they do illegitimate bans on people hoping they make new accounts and spend more money.

When those people get banned for no reason...they tell them to 'submit ticket' lmfao and when they do, they give them some vague answer as to why they got banned with zero proof.

On my smurf I didn't say a single word in games and I got a 2 week ban for no reason. When I asked support why they told me I wasn't 'communicating with team' and afk farmed jungle when my lanes were constantly feeding. I would see people tilt and spam 'REPORT JUNGLER AFK FARMING JUNGLE' after the fact mid, support, top were 0/4 in 10 minutes.

That's after I spent a good 50 bucks in the spam of 1.5 months.

This company is a fucking rip off.

I have an account now with 0 cash on it and playing it on and will be getting my champs with IP no matter how long it takes. Riot can kiss my ass with their corrupt BS.
