Leveling BOTS are ruining this game.

So, this has become a HUGE issue as of late. I know this problem has been around for a while, but it is so much worse now than it has ever been. No matter what game mode you enter and regardless of if you play a PVP game or an A.I. game, you are going to run into these accounts that aren't being manned by an actual person. I have played about 10 games today, and I was lucky enough to get ONE game that did not contain one of these damn things. You can tell exactly who they are because they just repeat the exact same movement over and over again. This usually includes walking straight up to vacant towers or right through enemy champions without even performing an action. I know everyone has to know what I am talking about. It's become unbearable. When you get into an ARAM or a 5v5 and one or two of the people in the game are just there serving up a buffet of deaths to the other team, it makes the entire game a waste of time and frustrating as hell. There are just as many times that they end up showing up on the opposing team, and that's equally as frustrating, because we all have experienced it and know exactly what they are going through. I don't know if they are just more prevalent now because of site that are selling pre-leveled accounts or if it has to do with the "Refer-a-Friend" program that you have going on, but it's off the wall. Isn't there anything that could be done, on your side or ours, to stop these things from showing up in every single game? I don't know how you guys are even getting new players to stick with the game long enough for it to be profitable for you. If you try playing on a lower level account, there will be times when 80% of all the accounts in a map are being controlled by these things. PLEASE...there has to be something that can be done about this.
