Perma Banned for not very serious chat LOG. ONE GAME

Account has been permanently banned after the following chat log, and only this game. I do not think that this is worthy, as I was only calling him out for being toxic. He was repeatedly cussing me and other players out, and I would have none of it. I just came off a 2 week suspension, however I have been much less toxic in recent games. This is not worthy of a perma ban, as my account is worth hundreds of dollars. Thoughts on a solution, or general input. Thank you

I just came off a 2 week suspension...

The reason your punishment was a permanent ban is because of this. The punishment system deals out punishments in tiers:

1.) 10 game chat restriction 2.) 25 game chat restriction 3.) 14 day ban 4.) Permanent ban

Your first offense will give you the first tier of punishment, and each subsequent offense will move you up one tier, regardless of how minor the offense may have been (though it's possible to be escalated to higher tiers if the offense is severe enough). With the system working this way, the question you really should be asking is "are these chat logs worthy of a punishment" instead of "are these chat logs worthy of a permanent ban," because anything that can get you a chat restriction can get you a permanent ban if you do it often enough. If they are indeed worthy of a punishment, then you will move up to the next tier of punishment, and since you just came off of a 2 week ban, the next tier is a permanent ban. Also, the in-client reform card you received for your 2 week ban does state that your next punishment would be a permanent ban, so you should have been aware of that.

As for your logs specifically, yes report calling is indeed frowned upon, but that's not the only thing there. You're constantly arguing with your teammates throughout pretty much the entire match, calling them idiots, terrible, and as well as frequently calling them toxic. Even if these are true statements, they are pretty negative and do absolutely nothing to help the situation. Instead, saying these things will only make the situation worse. If you encounter a toxic player, the best thing to do is to mute them or ignore them to the best of your ability and report them after the match. Continually arguing and responding back in a negative fashion only adds fuel to the fire and generally just makes the situation worse for the rest of your team.

If you just came off a 2-week ban, you should have known your next punishment would be a perma. You were constantly negative with your teammates, and calling for reports is considered harassment, so yeah, these logs would trigger a punishment. Sorry.

In the context of coming off of a 2 week ban (and likely multiple chat restrictions before that) it doesn't look good dude. Why are you still flaming people after receiving a 2 week ban for toxicity?
