Hey I just got banned for 14 days without getting chat restricted. I had no previous strikes except a warning. I dont think what I did was worthy of a 14 day ban. I would post the chat logs but i didn't get the e-mail yet with the chat log and I forgot to save them. Was wondering if maybe I could get some insight. I would understand a straight to 25 game chat restriction.
If the behavior is poor enough (or has some form of bigotry), Riot will escalate the punishment.
But it's kinda hard to give insight about the ban without the chat logs. Send a ticket to support to get the chat logs again.

You can log into your League account right now, as the full chat logs will be given to you there.
Yea just make sure to type /mute all before every game from now on for a few months, or else ban
