chat ban system is protecting shit talker?

I was supporting a trash talker adc, and then I fight back. I believe he was mad and keep typing during game and also our mid lane who i believe was duo with him. My question is did you guys even check who is the really problem or just punish people who got most reported? what is your logic?? This game is full of shi t talker now!!! You guys still protecting those jokers and punish people who tried to fight back? I have seen so many people quit paying this game due to this reason, and you guys are not helping at all. SO DISAPPOINTED THIS GAME!

Everyone is judged for their own actions, and who started it does not matter. You were part of the problem, not a victim. Mute, report, and move on.

There's no protecting going on. There's a report button. Use it. It was used on you, apparently very effectively, so you know it works. When you join in on being toxic, you become just as guilty as the person who started it.

Hi there! Even if they were being toxic, mute is your best friend. Retaliation is never ok. If you retaliate most likely you will get punished as well. Good luck in future games summoner!
