An old account of mine got banned for 3rd party programmes. My account somehow got hacked by someone and they took control and played on it. I hadn't played for a bit so when I found out I changed the password immediately. I had complete control. A week or so later (I hadn't been playing on it) I logged on and found out I'd been perm banned on my birthday for no reason!! I had changed the password so no one else could get into it! I'm not sure if my account data is still there but I put so much time into it (about 800 normal games I believe) so if possible it'd be nice to have back.

Create a support ticket and ask if they can verify the account was compromised when the 3rd Party Applications were being used. If they can verify that, they might give you the account back.
