Unjust ban

I have recently been perma banned, and I find it unreasonable. I have been playing since season 1, albeit not very consistently, and in all my time playing I have not had a single offense. But recently, playing with some friends, we got in an argument with the other team, but we didn't report any of them. But I think they reported me, causing Riot to chat ban and monitor me. Later the same exact situation happened, but this time with a much more toxic enemy team. The enemy thresh said, and I quote, "I hope your dad skinned alive" resulting in MY ban. But I can see both these games resulting in a punishment for me, as I didn't report the enemy, but the probably reported me, and I did spam chat a little(which I didn't realize was bannable until it was too late). But the thing that gets me is the game I got perma banned in. I was in a group with 4 real life friends, and I knew all of them, and the way our friend group works is that we don't really have many nice things to say to each other. But my mic had recently broke, so I was typing instead of taking. And I was typing in in-game chat. I did say a lot of bad things, but these were people I knew in real life, I wasn't hurting anyone, as I knew my friends weren't offended, and I didn't type anything toxic to random people, as I had learned my lesson. Given this game, I don't believe that I deserved a perma ban.
