bad matching system,flamers and bad expirience

Hi there,so i was just ''forced'' for the first time to come here and say that -as we all know solo que sucks - it got worse and it's sickening,im just curious how this Riot cannot do nothing about these horrible expiriences in solo que as flamers and trolls keeps on filling it even more,it's really a challenge for me to endure a single game now because of how ridiculous matches ive been getting,i actually started quitting games cuz of how much crap i recieved,it's unplayable.I know many of you will give me that talk ''it's not them, it's you'' or ''i have no problems with that'' and stuff but trust me i couldn't believe how much crap ive been getting in solo ques,it's funny how Riot doesn't even see or ''punish'' those cancers.
