Lower Priority Que. Riot Mod.

The last game I played the game bug splat and got stuck at logging in over and over. Then once I got in the game, it constantly connected and disconnected me OVER and OVER. Then after the game I was put in lower priority queue EVEN THOUGH we won the game amidst me having to log in and out over and over. I got LP for the game and credited for the win, I feel like this wasn't my fault even if it was an error on my computer/ISP end and I should be barred from playing that game once every hour because of it. I'm asking politely to fix this. Not that I would ask in a aggressive manner, it's just the fact I want to play and typically I wouldn't open my mouth(Type out a paragraph) and I would just go along with it, but I planned on playing a lot his weekend.

Unfortunately there isn't much the boards can do but offer a few suggestions.

First submit a ticket here.

Second, has this happened before? The reason why I'm asking is because it could mean that your client is bugged.

Third, is your OS up to date? Windows 10 and 8 have had an update reacently, this could cause problems.

Fourth, are all of your drivers up to date? If you are using and upgraded version of Windows 10 then make sure your drivers are compatable with Windows 10.

Thank you for your reply, I will submit a ticket. This actually has not happened LIKE this before, it was server-side if it had. No, Thank you, I'm updating now. Ah, Yes all my drivers are up to date. I appreciate the useful information and I appreciate you replying even though half of it was a generic IT response. I'm IT myself. That's why I openly admitted that it was either my computer or my ISP that caused it, not RIOT. HOWEVER, I have narrowed it down to it being my ISP. Lots of packet loss around that time and my DNS connection was really spotty. So I flushed it. Seems to be fine now, just played a game and only got a couple lag spikes, but for the most part I was at ~30 Ping So as of now, I'm considering my issue with the game resolved, now I would like to not have 4 more games where I have to wait 30 minutes before I even start the 10-15 queue/draft process as I feel like I'm not the type of player to act out or just "leave".

Sorry I'm not trying to insult your intelligence, I know its generic IT advice but it helps solve a lot of problems. My bad. My guess is they won't lift your low priority que (I haven't seen them do it before) but it can't hurt to ask. It seems like a harsh punishment, especially if you haven't left games before. But then again I'm not a Riot employee. Anyway I'm glad I could "help" even if what I said was mostly generic IT crap. Speaking of which, if you haven't already, watch the IT Crowd on Netflix. I think its funny and you might get a kick out of it.

I'll have to check it out! I wasn't taking it as a insult, nor did expect you to know that I did IT work! You did help, because I submitted a ticket and they offered to help, but I just watched twitch streams while I waited my 20 minutes for 4 consecutive games and I no longer have the long queue times. I'm not the type of player to leave games or be toxic, I use the mute button as it was to be used and I also don't blame other players when they do bad because we ALL have bad games. I DO however, report players who tell me to report someone who is having a bad game. I don't think it's fair to be reported because you went 2/6/1. If you try then I'm happy with that. Thanks for the advice on a good show on NetFlix me and the wife will check it out. See you in the rift!
