Is there anyway to report someone for forcing you to dodge

I have had 2 games in a row where people were forced to dodge. The first one a duo que banned my 2 jungling champions, because they didn't want me playing them (they knew i was going to pick them because they were in my last champ select when someone dodged) then the second one I was forced to leave because, a guy didnt't want me to play Kayn since apparently all kayn players are garbage and he is "the only good kayn player in the planet" <-- he actually said that.

If someone sat behind you with a gun to your head, I'd report it to the police.

Oh? You weren't actually forced by anyone to dodge, but chose to because you personally didn't like their selections? You can't report that.

When they do that just pick someone else.

Then fail hard.

They didn't really force you to dodge. You simply got a matchup that you recognized that you could not carry.

my fken hell look at all these fails saying you can't report them. Take it from a person who actually read riot post and reply rather then these fools who say you can't when you actually can report them for purposely banning your champion but problem is you have to sit through a whole game with them.Other then that you can make a support ticket but trust me their team won't do crap even if you submit something into them. If the people who want to be stupid enough to say no he can't report them then I hope you realize they purposely trolled him all because they don't like a champion he was going to play.
