Asking for report punishment

I see alot of players like ask to report 1 guy more than once. For something like flame. Not knowing its against the rules. What i try to say is alot dont seem to know that 1 report is enough and that you actually dont need to ask for a report at all. I would sugest for those that they drop only honor lvl no lock no restriction. I mean punish sombody for a thing he maybe dont even know is against the rule is a bit unfair but still its against the the rules. So those get punisht but that dont mean it need to be a bit harsh.

Harassment is something that everyone learns is not okay in kindergarten.

People thinking flaming someone constantly and attempting to get them punished is not harassment is not Riot's problem.

send a ticket they can get banned

I just reported a player today because they "Solicited" harassment in chat after running into lane "Multiple Times" and Intentionally putting enemy ahead / diving enemy even when told to stop, they intentionally caused Grief, then caused others to start "Verbal Abuse" by soliciting reports, so I reported them and muted everyone.

Toxic behavior in games does spread, only regret not reporting the enemy player who said the word Retar* because they would have gotten auto restricted if I had of even though it wasn't a toxic context but they were harassing chat threatening to trade reports across teams.
