I don't know why you'd put the steaks in your pocket if you fully intended to pay for them at the cash.

Can you really be surprised that people reported you for what it looked like you were doing? say that stuff in skype... not in league chat

I've been suspended for about the same (and so have prob 40% of every league player I know). Unlucky, but then again once you realize you can make infinite new accounts and jump from one to another the punishment system looses any meaning (riot please fix no player has ever reformed from a ban).
