Extreme Harassment/Out of line comments

Yea, so I just had some sick individual in a ranked game who was upset with my bans harass me all game. NBD I get it there are kids in the game. Then the person claims they are not a kid, in medical school and wishes that one day they gets to cut me open. The comment was very inappropriate. And was very close in my eyes to a threat. Is there something other that the tribunal available for more extreme cases of harassment? Unacceptable things were said. Banter and shit talking is all good, trolling happens all the time, I can take it on the chin. But if you are going to be so upset over the game to wish real harm onto a stranger possibly caused by you than you should be ready to deal with the repercussions of your words. If there is nothing that can be done so be it but, IMO this sort of nonsense has to stop. Quit playing competitive games if you have a uncontrollable anger problem. /End Rant

First of all, god dammit people, stow that 'everyone is kids' attitude.

Second, the report system rather specifically has an option for real life threats and harassment, they take this VERY seriously and that person will almost certainly get an instant suspension if not a ban.

I had a guy yesterday who kept making comments about wanting my mother to kill herself, and how they wanted to violate them and then kill her. I responded by making it aware that my mother is already dead, and that I didn't appreciate the comments. Obviously, they continued with an increased vigor. Of course I reported it, and some others on my team "said" they would report it. But I doubt anyone did and I know this person got away scott free as I have yet to see the "Your reports lead to the blah blah" pop-up I usually see. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

this is my case, the community is to blame........

So ragers lols are nothing more than ragers but when the community hates a specific type of players then that is a sad story.

Hello HlkT,

I am sorry you experienced such a threat, harassment in the game is never very much fun. Rest assured that the tribunal is perfectly capable of finding extremely toxic behaviour and punishing it more harshly than normal. Reporting at the end of the game is still the best way to report a player.

If you still feel like you need to get the information to Riot directly, you can do so by submitting a support ticket.

Honestly, something wrong with people who are so sensitive that they feel the need to make such comments. I seldom say or even hope this but I do hope the people who say things like this get punished and quickly. Sorry OP, that is always uncalled for behavior.

The one's who say such things are the sensitive ones, Not the people who have to read that crap !
