I got my post removed earlier about me posting a pre-game chat log where someone tells me to kill myself and hopes my family gets hit by a truck. Riot then told me to just report them. How do i report someone for pre game chat.... They said nothing in game as well. I still have the imgur pic of the pre game chat as well if a rioter would like to talk to me and look at it.
you report them after game and dictate within that report that the offense occurred in pre-game chat.

This should do the trick. I didn't see your post but 'name and shame' isn't allowed. The above is good advice, if I can add, don't bump your ticket, be polite and factual as possible...try not to be one sided and just say what happened with the screen shot.
