With cleanse and ghost (Gold MMR)

Obviously i dodged that but unfortunately i didnt trace his account to see whats up with that unusual pick and summs.

My questions is what could i do better ? i feel like he trolled 4 players and he got out free so he is probably doing it again now while i am the one punished to wait 5 minutes to play again.

should i play that game and report him post-game lobby ? or should i write down the username and make ticket to RIOT in the website ?

Theres a Gangplank Mid, hes a challenger.

You can play everything everywhere, they should punish you harder for dodgeing

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do here. Just gonna have to take that L.

Can't really blame Rito for this either. You can't really track this kind of behavior, and I don't think you can get someone banned simply for picking a champ in a certain role and playstyle that you deem is not normal (even if its clearly a troll). If they were to actually troll in-game, that would be reportable (did a few myself and the instant feedback report said that something happened), but you'd have to take that LP loss.

His champion was probably banned, so he wanted to force someone else to dodge. So he didn't have too.
