Please read my chat logs and tell me if I deserve a second perma ban

I would really appreciate it if you could read everything because it means a lot to me and I put a lot of time and effort when I was writing this. So i got into league around 6 months ago and made 2 accounts in that time period. I had one account named Shaxraka. I was very toxic on that account and deserved my perma ban. My second account Dracarys2018 was my new account. In order to get back to lvl 30 i spent quite a lot of money on my new account. After around a couple of weeks I got a 2 week ban. I deserved that ban. After I got rid of that ban i played 2 more games. I was very happy to get my account back. After those games I got perma banned. I dont understand why... please tell me honestly if you think I was toxic. Nevertheless I dont think I will get my account back but since im laying on the floor crying I might aswell hear your opinions.

Now keep in mind this kha zix didnt only ganked twice in 30 minutes and I was having a hard time playing against a heimerdinger. I was a little toxic however I dont think it was enought for the kha zix to report me on 3 different accounts.

So in this game you can see that i was a little toxic (like every league player) and was angry since my team fed this akali and I was playing pretty well. This is not an excuse for my behaviour but i still think i wasnt that toxic. I was actually only joking with the akali and the akali was also talking to me in a joking way so I thought it was ok if i "play flame" her. After a while I solo killed the heimerdinger twice. The heimerdinger then started to flame me repeatedly and killed me once. I then got pretty mad bc this heimerdinger was flaming me even tho I won twice against him and he only won once. I didnt flame him tho. I only told him to go cry.

Do you guys know if there is anything I can do to get rid of this ban? Please tell me.

Why on earth were you typing so much? Did you really not learn to mute people after your first ban? You were not exactly being a positive influence on the game with your chat, so I can see why it would be punishment worthy. Based on how severe your chat is I'd say it's worth a chat ban, but the punishment system works in tiers, and repeated chat bans will lead to the same place as something like racial slurs will.

On your next account please mute people who are negative. Only talk with positive people.

Yes, you were not very toxic in these games (although it was pushing it a little in the first one), and normally, these would have resulted in a chat restriction at worst.

However, the system takes into account past behavior, and you are warned on the reform card for the 14 day ban that your next offence will result in a permaban. When you are on that final tier, any instance of validated toxicity will result in a permaban, as if you can't control your behavior at the risk of losing you account, Riot doesn't want you in the game.

(as an aside, someone not ganking you has absolutely no merit on anything)

Just some friendly advice for next account try to avoid the following:

Saying things like " are u brain dead"

Asking for reports

Criticising others, your team or not

Telling anyone in the game you've been perma banned... Not that its fair but often if someone hears this they may try to bait you, or simply try to judge you harsher.

I see a bit more but hope this helps you. GL
