Too many level up accounts in ARAM

I started playing League from this year's MSI. Now this game has become one of my favorite hobbies and I'm trying to practice hard before I get into rank games and also PvP. However, when I was playing ARAM, I realized that there are too many level accounts in ARAM that disturbs me to practice and make the game unfair. Most of the level up account users, I could easily recognize them because they tend to hide behind ally turrets and only comes out after minions are spawned. I am often enraged by these bots who interrupt my game and also by the fact that they are not putting up much effort to get level 30, this also discourages me.

So please Riot, for next season strengthen the punishment or regulation for Level up accounts. This is destroying your game_

A lot of people that don't frequent the champ they rolled will take time to buy their items, which makes scouting the brush a bit more difficult.

Some newer players are just not as naturally good at the game as others, especially people that dont play pc games that often. There are a couple people I have helped learn the game a bit that said they hadn't ever played a game with a mouse before.

Not that bots dont happen, but not everyone that doesn't rush the bush or play well is a bot .

As a frequent ARAM player, I can say some of this behaviour is... actually normal. Most of us who play ARAM are filthy casualing it, sometimes even alt-tabbing until minions spawn because we saw the enemy team and said, "yeah, we need to wait till six" or maybe they're looking up HOW to play the champ. Not everyone can pick up a champ and run with it. Are there bots in aram? Wouldn't surprise me. But because it is all RANDOM, you have to expect that some of othese players are actual people and have -no- idea how to play the champion they were given. Whether it's a free week, or a champion they bought a while back and are trying to learn, but get flamed out hard whenever they try to play normals.

Also, if you're seriously practicing for ranked, ARAM is not the place to practice for ranked. ARAM is the place to practice how to teamfight and/or siege in the mid/late game. If you want good skills for ranked, you need to focus on SR normal draft amd not ARAM. ARAM is filthy casual ground(usually) and you should always treat it as such. :3 ... says the guy with over 2000 aram games played....
