Queue Suggestions

Hello Riot Games. I was just forced to dodge a game due to this player holding my ranked queue hostage. He seems to be very toxic, telling the ADC player who happened to have his primary to "kys". He continued to flame chat, telling everyone that he didn't care and would lock in his champion anyways which he did. No ranked queue should ever be subject to this. I would highly suggest Riot to implement a feature to report these player right from champ select or add an option to kick them and search for a replacement player effectively placing the queue on hold. Losing 3+ LP is no big deal, but I should not be forced to dodge. By allowing this feature to veto, players can remove toxic players from their queues at the expenses of waiting just a while longer to balance teams. The opposing team will be notified of this. With every player that is kicked, an automated bot should send chat log to riot games to prevent malicious use of this feature. Players caught abusing this will be punished. etc etc.
