I realized I was perma banned when I last logged in. Did my account get hacked? I'm fairly sure that I have not been toxic at all! Did something happen?
Also, I have not even received any confirmation emails from Riot other that the $10 I spent purchasing Riot points a few days earlier.
I have already submitted a ticket but was curious whether or not anyone else has experienced this?
Charge back issue, probably keep on that ticket and check your email sounds like a protective ban to keep your account safe or until you pay riot
Having had this happen to me before it's frustrating but riot does try to solve it as vest as they can.
My account was banned for "suspicious activity" which they then confirmed was a mistake.
I hope they get to you quickly so you can get back to your account and sorry it happened to you.
Just to make you feel safer bout the whole comprise thing if that's the situation, it has happened to me twice in within 3 years(the ban too) and nothing ever happen to the account or my money so it's most of the time either a false alarm or they are actually fast to lock them out. Riots gotchu I sent my tickets to them
