30 minute wait time

So can someone explain to me how I have a 30 minute wait time on normals seriously it's getting a Ridges at the rate of people Dodge just because there's a Warwick like seriously I get it it's a new Champion everyone's scared of them because they don't know how to play against them. Really 30 minutes for a new Champion that I wasn't even wanting to play honestly I think this is completely outrageous either someone needs to start adding time to how many times people died in a week because this is insane I've seen a Dodge every single time that someone picked Warwick on my team or their team or just random person got banned.
