Champ Select Report Option

We've all been through this before. Get into champ select, someone refuses to accept their role (usually support) they troll in chat claiming they will feed, or play a non-support champ etc. Well, today someone did this, and I offered to switch them roles in order to neutralize the situation. A member of our team decided to ban this persons selected champ right after I gave up my role as top laner. This player then proceeded to pick the champ of the person who banned his champ. He then began to say that he was going to jungle and steal the junglers buffs and that everyone was going to lose ELO etc. I dodged at the last second. This is simply not fair and there needs to be an easy way to report in champ select. This was blatantly poor behavior on the part of our jungler and the person saying they refused to play support. Please Riot, add a report button in the client that sends the summoners details and chat log to your servers so that it can be reviewed. I feel like I'm not asking for a lot here.

and you can guess how this was finished. First there should be league VI for players who can not play all roles. And secondly, there should be an option for punishing trolls in selection process.

its like people don't even want to try for the roles; and cry about it. it isn't fair to those who just want to play it would be worse if it was ranked...
