I think i'm on my last warning before I get permanently suspended which I want to avoid.
I'm trying my best every day to turn my behavior 180 degrees and not let the negative thoughts whenever I play League of Legends get the best of me.
It's literally not hard at all to avoid getting suspended. Do you know what you have to do....NOTHING. Jesus ive been playing since 2011 with over 5000 games(W&L) and i have never even received a warning.

If you feel your rage building up just scream at your computer screen but for the love of God don't type it in chat. The only things you should be typing in chat are GG, GJ, WP, HF, etc.
And if you're raging after a game don't start another one. Do some push-ups, punch a pillow, etc. Anything to get the rage and frustration out.

Keep in mind you have to be not toxic for 3 MONTHS straight without even getting reported or else you will be perma banned.

Careful, IT NEVER LIFTS, I haven't played in months, called someone trash and was egged on, I got furious so... I said it.. called him trash I'm perma banned as of today.
I wish I could find a post from the other day, there's a way to set your chat scale to like -100 so you can't see the chat. You could also go with the option of unbinding your chat key, or instamuting everyone when you enter the game.

I Have a leaverbuster and it last for 20 min and it wastes time i want the leaverbuster to end
