I think i'm on my last warning before I get permanently suspended which I want to avoid.
I'm trying my best every day to turn my behavior 180 degrees and not let the negative thoughts whenever I play League of Legends get the best of me.
Clint Orris5 votesIt's literally not hard at all to avoid getting suspended. Do you know what you have to do....NOTHING. Jesus ive been playing since 2011 with over 5000 games(W&L) and i have never even received a warning.

Randomonium2 votesIf you feel your rage building up just scream at your computer screen but for the love of God don't type it in chat. The only things you should be typing in chat are GG, GJ, WP, HF, etc.
And if you're raging after a game don't start another one. Do some push-ups, punch a pillow, etc. Anything to get the rage and frustration out.
Serevas1 votesI wish I could find a post from the other day, there's a way to set your chat scale to like -100 so you can't see the chat. You could also go with the option of unbinding your chat key, or instamuting everyone when you enter the game.

lolptwo1 votesyeah it's tough man, i used to be a toxic player. This acc was permabanned, but i've reformed. I was really toxic for a while straight got 14 days banned, I had a vendetta for the community because i was having really bad luck with teammates abusing me. Then I played out 25 chat restricted games without saying a single word and being very polite, Then my first game off chat restriction, I had an afk, and intentionally feeder who was saying racial, death threats and extremely abusive towards me and my team. I raged so hard at him. Even after the 25 games of no instance (because I played them out in like 7 days) I got permabanned for that one game.
I earned the permaban and own up to it but still. Just letting ya know
PlayandStfu1 votesJesus, that really sucks, if you check out my post I didn't go off, I just called someone trash/bad and he was harassing me more than I did all game, I barely even went off, I also didn't play for awhile so I was just like... damn... I come back to this, On christmas day and I get banned for this? :/ I'm just so sad.. right now...

PersianShinobi1 votesJoining the ban train :) I just gave up trying to have a main account and alternate between 5 "smurfs" all below level 30. 3 of them are on a 25 game chat ban right now. I'm just not made to not be toxic in this game, oh well :P

PlayandStfu1 votesCareful, IT NEVER LIFTS, I haven't played in months, called someone trash and was egged on, I got furious so... I said it.. called him trash I'm perma banned as of today.
