Banned for using 3rd party apps but innocent

The only thing I use is Overwolf and I assume thats allowed.

I created a ticket and try to prove my innocence, because I do not cheat and they responded with:

Our system has accurate evidence that your account was in violation of our Terms of Use due to the usage of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in the game. After I double checked your account, it doesn't look like this was a mistake.

"For security purposes on our investigative methods, I will not be sharing more detailed evidence or specific details. We will not be lifting the ban on this account under any circumstances."

I've really not been using cheats and to be accused of this, and to be unable to play the game I love. It makes me very upset.

Recently I played a couple of games, one was against a rioter in ARAM, and another someone threatened to report me for having a bad game saying their dad works at riot.

So maybe one of those games is the cause of this because I haven't been cheating!! I want my account back...
